Cancellation Policy

In case of regret, the refund of the purchase amount will be made, provided that this right is requested within 07 (seven) days from the date of purchase and that it is no more than 02 (two) days before the date of the event. For purchases made less than 07 (seven) days before the event, tickets can only be canceled up to 02 (two) days before the event. In case of cancellation, send an email to contato@hrcgramado.com.br with your details (full name of the person who made the purchase and contact number) that we will contact you to inform the return procedure. If it is impossible to hold the event on the date indicated, or its cancellation, as determined by the Government:

If it is possible to reschedule the event, use the purchased ticket without any additional charge, respecting the prices and conditions of the originally contracted services;

Use the amounts paid as credits for the purchase of other products, services or  tickets for events promoted at Hard Rock Cafe Gramado;   If any of the above alternatives are not possible, in accordance with Article 2, § 6, of Law 14,046/2020, the amounts paid will be returned, within the legal deadline,
